2. What the site provides
Market data dashboards and written research, provided free of charge and without registration. Some figures are fetched from third-party APIs and displayed as received; others are our own models, documented on the methodology page.
3. No advice, no warranty
Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. See the full risk disclaimer. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoData.today is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site — including trading losses, losses from reliance on any figure published here, and losses arising from third-party services we link to.
5. Third-party services
We link to exchanges and other third-party services. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content, terms, security or conduct, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law; attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it or to the third-party APIs it calls; scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others; or republish its content wholesale as your own.
7. Using our data
You may cite our figures, quote our analysis and reproduce our charts for editorial, educational or personal use, with attribution and a link to the source page. Bulk redistribution, or resale of the data as a product, requires written permission. The underlying market data belongs to the providers listed on the methodology page and is subject to their own terms.
8. Intellectual property
The site's design, written content, charting code and data models are ours, except where stated. The CryptoData.today name and mark are ours. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. Dashboards depend on third-party APIs that can fail, rate-limit or change without warning, and we do not guarantee uptime or continuity of any specific data series.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
